Autumn colors II (Kyoto XI)


From Nanzen-ji to Eikan-do Zenrin-ji. Autumn is the best part of the year for me. In Finland I also like the uglier part of autumn, when most of the leaves are on the ground in wet, brown pulp while against grey sky black trees hum in the wind. Here we live the pretty part with bright colors and pleasant weather, people going about relaxed and joyful. I wonder if they ever get the Scandinavian style autumn here...
