Golden days

It was the golden week last week, a row of conveniently placed holidays. Went to Kobe. Beautiful days - golden days of a golden week. Kobe felt like sci-fi/theme park city. At least the parts I got to see. It was supposed to be full of people everywhere because of the peak holiday season but some places seemed a bit deserted.

The sea feels familiar. Like the sky it connects islands of long lost places and faces. Grey days are nostalgic, clouds color hands softly and thaw sharp edged shadows. This shore too will stand through years until we return on a nostalgic, grey day.

The air has a scent of rain but the moon clears the sky.
